When deciding which model is best for you, start with your goals. Are you looking to improve your breathing for activities like running, cycling or other sports or are you a singer, speaker or musician who needs to train the way you breathe as much as build strength.
Start with the model you believe is best for your goals, then consider your physical condition. Our Which Do I Choose chart should help you make an honest determination of which model is best for you. One cautionary note, when we talk about elite athletes, think of the conditioning that an active Navy SEAL needs to be in. Navy SEALs spend a good part of their time keeping in shape, not just a few hours a week. Most people who are active and keep in moderate to good shape will find the Trainer model a better fit than the Sport model. Most people will also not outgrow that model and be able to use it for years to come.
