There are various ways that you can monitor the difference in your breathing and your training. You can use tools such as heart rate monitors or personal logs that keep track of your running, swimming or other program. Of course you can always monitor your progress with your PowerLung by watching your advancement for both the inhale and exhale resistance cell sets. Learn more about PowerLung and measurements by reading about it on our blog.
Again, PowerLung is training for the muscles that support your breathing. You must keep to it twice, everyday as recommended in the instructions. Just like any other muscle in the body, you will lose your results when you stop training. All we ask for is about 5 to 10 minutes twice a day for you to train with PowerLung. Don’t let your better breathing go to waste!
