Tracking information is emailed to you at time of shipment from PowerLung Customer Service with a subject of: “PowerLung has sent you a package”. If you did not receive your tracking information please check your SPAM folder. If you do not find anything you can contact us by telephone or via our Contact Us Page and we can re-send the information on your shipment.

Please be sure to authorize PowerLung Customer Service in your email program to assure you receive any correspondence from our Customer Service Department.
