I am a world class Paralympic swimmer and business man. I first was introduce to this by a friend and it has given me that (um) you need to be world class (I am a c4-5) quad in a wheelchair and it has saved my life, no upper problems at all and it even better as we age. I’m on the Paralympic Swim Team for Beijing. LOVE IT.
