PowerLung, Inc. ("Company") warrants to the original registered owner ("Owner") that their PowerLung ("Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.
The company will, for the period of the warranty and at its option, repair or replace the product in the event of a defect not caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, damage or normal wear and tear. There will be no charge to the owner for the actual cost of the product repairs or replacement. The owner is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with any warranty service of the product, whether repaired or replaced. For warranty service you must include the following items: your product, proof of purchase, description of warranty claim, complete details on how to contact the owner and method of payment for shipping charges to return the product to the owner.
Note: Minor fading or discoloration may be a normal condition of aging and use; this is not covered by the warranty. Any product, which has not been reasonably maintained and periodically cleaned, is expressly excluded from this warranty.
