Breathing and your air are the limiting factors in your competitive swimming and training! From Juniors swimming to Master swimming to platform diving to synchronized swimming, all swimming aspects are limited by your breathing.

Breathing uses 12 sets of muscles, all for a function most people take for granted! Swimmers sometimes perform their swimming based on their breathing. Because they have difficulty breathing, swimmers can base their stroke and technique on how they breathe.
