It is good to be able to practice your breathing technique with the PowerLung and have weight training for my lungs, as you are not able to do it on the water or gym. Because I’ve been practicing my breathing technique, I’m able to feel the benefit when I am on the water, which means I am getting more oxygen into my lungs. So the breathing training with the PowerLung has increased my lung capacity and also by diaphragm is much stronger. I have been training hard this winter, so I am sure it has helped me both in by ergo tests and water work. My running has certainly improved, as my breathing is better.
