I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first about how good the PowerLung was or if it would improve the athletes performance so quickly. Within 3 weeks, I noticed a difference in the girl’s breathing, especially whilst doing UT2/UT1 work. Also their pulse rates were more controlled as their exhalation technique became more positive. This area has always been a weak area in people’s breathing. Their water work has also improved, as they are now able to sustain longer periods of work before fatigue sets in. The PowerLung is safe, easy to use and can only benefit athletes in the long term.
