New policy on returns and refunds.

PowerLung always offers you the highest quality in product development and customer satisfaction. We want to make sure that your experience with PowerLung is as efficient and beneficial as possible. PowerLung has enacted a new policy on returns and refunds. If the bag is opened, customers will not be able to return or get a refund on PowerLung. If the bag has already been opened on your new PowerLung, DO NOT USE IT and return it to your dealer immediately.

For information on returns and refunds, please contact the dealer you purchased your PowerLung from. However, if at anytime your PowerLung should break, please contact our corporate office for repairs. Our new policy does not, in any way, affect our Warranty policy. Within five years of purchasing your PowerLung, materials and defects are under warranty, and should be sent to the corporate office for returns.
